[London N1, N4, N19, SE1, E8 and NW6). Who We Are: Our Psychotherapy and Counselling service consists of a group of qualified psychotherapists. We have varied professional backgrounds and we all have many years of experience of therapeutic work with individuals, couples, families and groups. All members of our service are registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy [UKCP], which maintains standards for psychotherapy in the UK, and all subscribe to the UKCP code of ethics and good practice. We are all experienced in working with a diverse range of cultural and religious backgrounds and ages. Initial Contact: We recognise that it can be confusing for many people to know what kind of help would best meet their needs. For this reason we offer an initial consultation to explore with you what you may be looking for, and what may be the best way forward . We believe that it is very important to match the type of help offered to the needs of each individual. This initial meeting lasts for 1-1.5 hours and will normally be arranged as soon as possible. We offer a range of psychotherapeutic services including: * Individual psychotherapy and counselling * Group psychotherapy / Group analysis * Couple and family therapy * Time-limited therapy * Brief therapy groups- theme focussed groups, dealing with particular areas such as work- related stress, blocks in creativity, issues around food, eating and body image. We also offer employee-assisted programmes. We also offer clinical supervision to members of the helping professions.
